New group member: welcome, George!

Dr. George Metreveli joins today the Environmental Geochemistry group!From October 2023, George will join us as our new Senior Scientist (Akademische rat). George has vast experience researching environmental systems, focusing on how nanoparticles and colloids contribute to the biogeochemistry and mobility of different trace elements and contaminants, particularly using Field Flow Fractionation (FFF) ICP-MS. This ensures a nice fit to many of the current research topics here at the UGC group! George has also a lot of teaching experience, and this upcoming winter semester he will be teaching courses for our international masters on Environmental Chemistry: Mass Spectrometry (C5) together with Jeany and Alejandra, and Inorganic Pollutants (C3). We are looking forward to get to know you better and lots of exciting exchanges together. Welcome, George!
